Hi, I'm Kelly Edgar
The Virtual Controller
During lockdown, we realized that we were able to do a lot of the Accounting and Controller items remotely.
This inspired me to create The Virtual Controller and help more dealerships perform routine and daily tasks remotely, such as Payroll, HR, Warranty activations and schedule monitoring and clean up.
We perform monthly tasks, such as Floor plan, Factory Statement, and Bank Reconciliations, Financial Statement and Trial Balance Analysis, expenses and payroll review. We can also assist in pay plan drafting, staffing structure recommendations, and much more.
While outsourcing Operations & Controller work to us, you're reducing costs without the overhead of a full-time employee while increasing profit and performance.
